Job Description :
– To develop and execute monthly training planning activity, strategic planning in every quarter, training implementation, and rejuvenate training material
– To provide report to Chief of Marketing Strategy Officer the report of progress, budget analysis & settlement process for training implementation
– To evaluate and review The Performance Of Head Of Units And Staffs Within The Department, Including To Propose A Promotion And Demotion Based On The Result Of Assessed Performance

Requirements :
– Bachelor Degree of any field
– 10+ years experience as Trainee at Insurance Industry and 3-5 years managerial role
– Fluent in English both speaking and writing
– Have a Training Skill, including Coaching, Facilitating, and Conceptual Thinking
– Ability to Training Result Monitoring
– Advanced on Microsoft Officce, other PC Skill speciality in Training and Presentation software
– Have a good leadership communication, managerial, conceptual, systematic, analytical thinking and problem solving skill
– Have deep knowledged with Sales Management
– Ability to Building Succesful Team
