Hanwha Life Insurance Indonesia, the most the most rapid growth Korea Life Insurance in Indonesia is now looking for E-Commerce Business Development Executive. The position requires the talent to possess requirement as follows:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development or a related sales role (supervisor level)
• Having 2-3 year working experience in insurance or life insurance industry
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Description:

• Responsible for monitoring and analyzing the digital landscape to identify new business opportunities and optimize BDE activities.
• Setting clear individual and team goals aligned with the overall business development strategy.
• Regularly reviewing sales activity metrics such as number of calls made, meetings conducted, proposals submitted, and deals closed.
• Responsible of Agents Recruitment & Sales Activity Development Program
