Job Description :
1. Achieve KPI Target for a defined group of agencies within a region
2. Implement Company Strategic and Operational Plan for assigned group of agencies.
3. Accountable for region’s Key Performance Indicators.
4. Monitor performance of Direct team and Agency Trainer.
5. Agency building through daily networking with agency force, attendance to agency meetings and related activities.
6. Oversee and manage project assigned by Head Office.
7. Assist agency leaders in recruitment related activities.
8. Identify and develop potential leaders.
9. Review and monitor performance of leaders.
10. Monitor and control department’s expenses.
11. Communicate Hanwha Life’s mission and objectives and actively promote the Company’s programs, promotions and policies.

Requirements :
1. Based in BATAM
2. Bachelor Degree from any major
3. Experience in Life Insurance minimum 2 years
4. Age maximum 45 years old
5. Good communication skill, presentation skill and able to operate Ms. Office
6. Good managerial skill and results oriented
7. Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent in Life Insurance.
